Probiotic Breakfast 1

Here is a super simple and quick probiotic breakfast.

Probiotics helps the digestive system stay healthy and strong, which in turn aids in the overall homeostasis of the entire body.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 cup goat’s milk Kefir
1/2 large organic apple
1 tbsp maca powder
1/2 cup gluten-free granola
1 tbsp raw, local honey

Chop up apple into cubes and place in a bowl.

Pour kefir over apples.

Sprinkle on the maca powder.

Add gluten-free granola

Top with raw, local honey. And done!

Don’t forget to give your furry friend a bit of kefir! Probiotics are good for dogs too.
